Penn State- Smith Chapel

Not only did Perry Construction Group get the pleasure of building the original Smith Chapel in the early 2000’s, but Perry also completed several projects in 2025. New windows, masonry, creation of a retention wall and replacement of the ceiling were all recent upgrades to the Chapel.

Edison Elementary

Serving the East Erie community, Edison Elementary has been a cornerstone of the area since 1932, with the last renovations completed in 1952. The new 80,000 ft2 school, which is built directly behind the existing school, incorporates the history of the original building in an exciting new facility.

Perry Construction Group, Inc. completed the renovation and replacement of a leading edge medical nuclear camera suite and a renovation of the Telemed suites at the UPMC Fredonia location in Fredonia, NY.

Troop E State Police Headquarters Exterior

PA State Police Headquarters

Breaking ground in 2023, Perry Construction Group, Inc. began the large new build of Pennsylvania State Troop E Police Erie Headquarters along Oliver Rd in Erie, PA. The 63,000 ft2 building includes secure office space, training space and a maintenance garage.
