HAMOT MEDICAL CENTER MOTHER BABY FIT-0UT, PHASE II - Perry Construction was recently awarded this 170,000 square foot 5 story $25,000,000 interior fit-up to the Mother Baby shell building. Construction will commence Spring 2009, and be completed late 2010. The 4th and 5th floors are scheduled for completion in early 2010.
METZGAR ADMISSION AND ALUMNI CENTER - Perry Construction was recently awarded this new project at the Penn State Behrend Campus in Erie, PA. The project consists of a 2 story $4,000,000 building, which is scheduled to commence Spring 2009, and be completed Summer 2010. Roofing to be completed December 2009. Metal studs and MEPS rough-ins are in progress.
DOBBINS DINING HALL - Perry Construction was recently awarded this $6,000,000 project, which consists of a 6,000 square foot addition and 23,000 square foot renovation to the existing Penn State Behrend Campus food service facility. Construction is underway, and is schedule for completion in 2010. Foundations will be completed by Christmas 2009. Steel will commence in early January 2010, and MEPS is in progress. |
